The Winners are . . .

Hello,
The winners for the Give-away have been randomly chosen. Congratulations to Michelle and Joe.  I have contacted them.

I appreciate everyone taking the time to enter and spread the word. I loved reading the comments!  Thank you for your kind words.  I am very grateful that I get to help homeschool families each year.  I love what I do.

Again, I have posted my new forms for the 2012-2013 school.  This is a great time of year to collect and date some samples of your student's work, and begin to put it all together.  It will make it much easier come springtime.

Thanks so much!

PS. If you live in Cincinnati my friend Lisa McAfee is also having an assessment give-away.  Click here for details.

  1. I would LOVE to win a free assessment (who wouldn't?), but especially from Ohio Homeschool Assessments, because Becky does a terrific job of walking you through prep of your portfolio (no matter what your chosen homeschooling method), and her follow-up notes are always encouraging!

  2. Just found this blog and I am so excited !! I am eclectic in homeschooling. Mostly we are what I would consider as "unschooler" , but we do cover some topics with curriculum. I was so thrilled to read about the portfolio advice. I look forward to following this blog.
    Thank you do much

  3. Becky's comments on her assessments are also exactly what this tired homeschooling mom needs to remind me why I do what I do and that I'm doing a great job. By the end of the year, I'm not always sure, but Becky reminds me that my children learned and want to continue learning, and that's really what it's all about, right?

  6. I just signed up to follow your blog so I haven't had much chance to see what's here. My only idea would be to maybe have or recommend some homeschool field trips around your area so that if we're ever in the area we have ideas of what we could do that would be educational for our kids. If you already have that, I'm sorry, like I said I haven't had much time to look around. Thanks for the chance to win a free assessment, that is soooooooo nice of you!

  8. After much searching and rejection for someone to do my kids assessments, I came across this site. Becky was more than glad to do the assessments, and the personal notes she added made my kids beam with pride when I read what she wrote. We will be coming back again for our 2012-2013 assessments. Thank You Becky for providing such a great service to us homeschooling parents that many won't!!
